The Analyzing Learning Equity Research Trends (ALERT) series provides an interactive component to answer the question "Is this school or district closing the achievement gap?" Visitors to this site can compare the performance of various groups to determine if the difference in achievement between groups is important.
National Online Google Geographic Information Network for Schools The NOGGINS site provides access to school performance information in a geographic layout. NOGGINS was designed to allow the public to find schools or districts in Arkansas and to view the academic performance of the selected school or district. The view indicates the NCLB status of the school and its geographic location in the state. Clicking on a school provides a popup window with five important indicators for the school. Within the popup window exists a link to the NORMES’ School Performance site that contains more in depth academic achievement indicators.
